Is this the same as the reference test?

We took inspiration from the questionnaire, seven-chakra chart and individual reflections. Our wording, scoring and explanations are original; results are not directly comparable to the reference test. Visit the reference website

What do inward and outward mean?

Inward refers to holding back or disengagement in these situations; outward to over-investment, urgency or difficulty pausing. The score is the difference between two response groups, not an energy percentage. A central score does not establish physical or psychological health.
